Rochelle Santopoalo, Ph.D. is SoCAFE’s founder/Chief Executive Officer (CEO). She has taught as an adjunct faculty in business, management, and education at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral level since March 1987. She holds a doctorate degree in Human and Organizational Systems (1996) from Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, CA. In addition, she earned a Masters in Business Administration (Keller Graduate School of Management, Chicago, IL) a Masters in Organizational Development (Fielding Graduate University) and a Masters of Science (Nursing) from Northern Illinois University (DeKalb, IL) Dr. Santopoalo began her professional career in nursing. Eventually she specialized in the field of physical rehabilitation where she worked as a Director of Nursing (Baptist Medical System, Little Rock, AR) and later the VP of Rehabilitation Research & Development (Parkside Associates, Park Ridge, IL) It was her role as the Director for Research & Education (Formations in Health Care, Chicago, IL) that prompted her to move permanently into education and research.
Dennis White, Ed. D. is Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for SoCAFETM. His doctoral degree is in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University. He also holds a Master of Arts in Public Affairs from the University of Iowa. During a diverse working career spanning more than four decades, Dr. White has been a soldier, police officer and police chief, entrepreneur, college teacher, and civil servant. He began his college teaching career in 1975, and is currently an active adjunct faculty educator in the MA program in organizational leadership at Judson University in Elgin, IL.
Debbie Santopoalo is Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for SoCAFETM where she oversees accounting and administration. Debbie is founder of LinkedIn’s professional network group Adjunctpreneur where adjunct faculty from around the world are connecting. Debbie has over 20 years experience working for a variety of companies including insurance, office supplier, aviation, CPA, investment services and wholesaler. She successfully launched and operated a small business focusing on custom household decorations. Her ability to manage a variety of work environments allows our organization to be effective and efficient. She enjoys taking on new challenges and using her creativity whenever possible.
David Perrodin, MSE, MS, is Director of Faculty Resources for SOCAFE™. He has extensive experience as an educator at the secondary and postsecondary levels, along with expertise in curriculum development that is both wide and deep. This skill-set has uniquely prepared him to develop user-friendly resources geared to helping his peer-educators meet the daily challenges of teaching.
David’s career path includes experience as a public school administrator, director of rehabilitation, and speech-language therapist in both medical and school settings. At the postsecondary level, David is a faculty member skilled in face-to-face, blended and online formats. He has positively impacted student learning at Viterbo University (LaCrosse, WI), Cardinal Stritch University (Milwaukee, WI), University of Phoenix (Phoenix, AZ), and Grand Canyon University (Phoenix, AZ). At Viterbo University he is an Online Programs Consultant for online educational offerings. He is also the author of the popular BLOG, Adjunct Faculty Toolbox.
David holds a Masters Degree in Educational Administration (University of Wisconsin, Superior) and a Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point). He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis (University of Wisconsin, Madison).
